Minq Software Enters into a Strategic OEM Relationship with BEA Systems


STOCKHOLM - March 6, 2003 - Minq Software, the leading provider of Java based quality assurance solutions today announced a strategic relationship with BEA Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: BEAS), the world's leading application infrastructure software company, to incorporate Minq Software¥s DbVisualizer tool into the BEA WebLogic Workshop development environment. Based on the agreement, Minq Software will provide its DbVisualizer software to BEA customer base.

DbVisualizer is the leading cross-platform database visualization and management tool that assists developers and administrators to develop SQL statements and maintain their databases. DbVisualizer enables simultaneous connections to many different databases through JDBC drivers. Supported databases include Oracle, DB2, Sybase, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Pointbase, McKoi, SAP DB and Mimer.
