Getting started

This section walks you through your first steps in the User Portal: creating an account, configuring your organization, and (if your organization qualifies) requesting verification for discount pricing.

What's in this section

  • Creating your account: sign up for a DbVisualizer account, verify your email, and sign in to the User Portal.
  • Setting up your organization: complete the onboarding to set your profile, organization type, business address, and (optionally) import existing orders. Edit any of these later from the Account page.
  • Academic and research verification: academic institutions, start-ups in their first five years, and non-profits may qualify for up to 50% discount. You request verification when you set the organization type, and discounted pricing is enabled once the request is approved.
